    Raised with apple orchards and farms in her backyard, Jodi is a Hudson Valley native whose culinary pursuits are fueled with a love for the region and dedication for supporting local farmers. After an initial career in fashion, Jodi's love of color and texture turned to the dinner plate: she trained at the Culinary Institute of America, then gained experience throughout NYC, CT & Upstate, NY.

    Jodi has direct relationships with the farmers and producers in the Hudson Valley, which allows her to bring the utmost organically raised proteins and vegetables to your meals.

    Food Industry Veteran Over 25 Years

    A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Jodi has 25 years experience in the food industry. Before she owned Caffé Macchiato in Newburgh, NY, she was the executive chef at Glynwood Farm in Cold Spring and also private chefs for prominent clients in the Hudson Valley and Manhattan.
